All vehicle sales are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless otherwise stated. Vehicle photographs and descriptions are provided for reference. Final condition may vary slightly from photos. Auction grade is provided by the source auction house.
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Cash, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and approved financing partners. A non-refundable deposit secures your purchase. Full payment is required before vehicle release or shipment.
Export documentation is prepared on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with import regulations in your destination country, including customs duties, taxes, and inspection requirements.
Once auction bids are placed or vehicles are reserved, deposits are non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms are detailed in your individual sales contract.
Yamaguchi Motors is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or natural disasters. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.

Free delivery within Gunma Prefecture for purchases. Other prefectures: ¥30,000–¥80,000 depending on distance.

Used vehicle sales are generally final due to the nature of the product. However, we want every customer satisfied with their purchase. The following policies apply:
Once a vehicle is loaded onto the shipping vessel, the sale is final. We strongly recommend:
Vehicles are inspected before loading. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Marine insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through our partners.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Japan.
