1. Parties and scope / 当事者・適用範囲
Yamaguchi Motors 合同会社 (the Company / 当社) rents the vehicle described in the accepted quotation to the renter for self-drive use only. The Company does not supply, introduce or arrange a driver. / 当社は、承諾された見積書記載の車両を、借受人の自己運転のためにのみ貸し渡します。当社は運転者を提供、紹介、手配しません。
2. Estimate, request, quotation, confirmation / 見積・申込・見積書・確定
A website estimate is not an offer. A request or paid order creates a booking that becomes confirmed only when the Company records driver eligibility, vehicle assignment, payment and staff approval. A quotation is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. A material change of price or vehicle requires the renter’s renewed acceptance. Class bookings are fulfilled with a vehicle of the booked class (model shown or similar). When you book an exact stock vehicle, that vehicle is supplied. If it becomes unavailable (sale, damage, inspection), Yamaguchi Motors offers an equivalent or better vehicle or a full refund, at your choice. / ウェブ上の見積は申込の誘引です。申込または支払いは予約を成立させますが、運転資格、車両割当、支払い、当社承認の記録により確定します。
3. Drivers / 運転者
Only declared drivers whose original documents were inspected may drive. Accepted licence routes are listed on the Rental Requirements page. / 申告され原本確認を受けた運転者のみ運転できます。
4. Rental period, extension, late return / 貸渡期間・延長・遅延
Extensions must be requested before the agreed return time and depend on availability. Late return is charged per the quotation; the no-show release time is 60. Maximum rental period: 14 days unless agreed. / 延長は返却予定時刻前に申請してください。
5. Charges and tax / 料金・消費税
All amounts include 10% consumption tax unless stated. Base rental, time/season adjustments, options, delivery/collection, protection products, discounts, tax portion, amount paid and amount due are itemised. Variable items not yet known are “quoted separately” or “actual cost according to receipt”. / 全ての金額は消費税を含みます。
6. Fuel, ETC, tolls, parking / 燃料・ETC・通行料・駐車
The vehicle is handed over with a full tank and must be returned full; otherwise the Company refuels it and charges the fuel receipt amount. The renter uses their own ETC card and bears all tolls, parking and traffic penalties, settling violations and showing the receipt at return. / 満タン返し。ETCカードは借受人自身のものを使用。
7. Use restrictions / 使用制限
Allowed area: Japan mainland; ferries and one-way returns only with written approval. Prohibited: off-road, racing/drifting/speed tests, towing or pushing another vehicle, commercial delivery or unlawful use, sub-rental, undeclared drivers, alcohol or drugs, overloading, smoking (All rental vehicles are non-smoking.), pets unless agreed, export. / 禁止事項：オフロード走行、競技、牽引、営業運送、再貸渡、無申告運転、飲酒運転等。
8. Insurance, damage, NOC / 保険・損害・NOC
Insurance is provided as summarised on the Insurance page. The renter pays the applicable deductible and the Non-Operation Charge stated in the quotation; no cover applies in the excluded cases. Disputed damage is settled with evidence per the agreement, never charged automatically. / 免責額およびノンオペレーションチャージは見積書記載のとおり。
9. Accident, breakdown, theft / 事故・故障・盗難
Stop safely, assist the injured, call 110 (119 if needed), contact the Company on +81 90-8051-1888 and the insurer/roadside provider, photograph the scene, do not admit liability or arrange unauthorised repairs, and submit the incident details requested. / 直ちに警察および当社へ連絡。
10. Cancellation / キャンセル
Per the Cancellation and Refund Policy page and the schedule in the quotation. / キャンセル料はキャンセルポリシーのとおり。
11. Records and privacy / 記録・個人情報
The Company keeps the rental ledger required by law for two years after the rental and processes personal data per the Rental Privacy Notice. / 貸渡簿は法令に基づき2年間保存します。
12. Governing law / 準拠法
Japanese law; Gunma courts. / 日本法に準拠し、群馬県の裁判所を管轄とします。
