This is a private van between Narita or Haneda airport and your Tokyo hotel, with your driver waiting at arrivals holding a name board. The van is yours alone, for up to six people with luggage, and the price is fixed for the whole group before you pay.
Choose Narita or Haneda at checkout. For arrivals we track your flight and wait if it is delayed, at no extra cost. For the trip back we time the pickup so you reach the airport with room to spare. Motorway tolls are included; there is nothing extra to pay the driver on the day.
