1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Yamaguchi Motors 合同会社 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Vehicle Sales
All vehicle sales are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless otherwise stated. Vehicle photographs and descriptions are provided for reference. Final condition may vary slightly from photos. Auction grade is provided by the source auction house.
3. Payment Terms
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Cash, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and approved financing partners. A deposit or full payment secures your purchase, as confirmed on your invoice. Full payment is required before vehicle release or shipment. Please do not send card details by WhatsApp, LINE, or email — remote card payments use a secure Stripe payment link.
4. Export Services
Export documentation is prepared on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with import regulations in your destination country, including customs duties, taxes, and inspection requirements.
5. Cancellation
Auction orders: if the car is not won at auction, you receive a full refund — or we search another car for you, your choice. After a winning bid, cancellation is not possible in principle; if a cancellation is accepted for special reasons, 20% of the total amount is deducted and the remainder is refunded. For reserved stock vehicles and export work already started, specific cancellation terms are detailed in your individual sales contract and Return Policy.
6. Liability
Yamaguchi Motors is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or natural disasters. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.
