Tokyo: Sento Bathhouse & Craft Sake Flexible Itinerary Night

Experience one of Tokyo's fast-disappearing neighborhood sento, the public bathhouses that have anchored local life for generations, followed by a relaxed evening tasting flight of Japanese craft sake. Your private guide meets you in the early evening and explains sento etiquette before you enter: shoes off at the door, a thorough wash at the low stools before bathing, and baths that are strictly gender-segregated, with separate entrances and bathing areas for men and women, as is standard at every traditional sento in Japan. Soak in the hot mineral-rich water surrounded by classic tiled walls and a painted Mt. Fuji mural, a slice of everyday Japanese life that few visitors ever see from the inside. Afterward, your guide walks you to a small craft sake bar nearby, where a knowledgeable host introduces four to five regional sake varieties, explaining the difference between junmai, ginjo, and daiginjo grades, serving temperatures, and the rice and water behind each bottle. This is a slow, conversational evening built around two authentic, everyday Tokyo rituals rather than tourist landmarks, guided in English, Hindi or Urdu, with private door-to-door van pickup and drop-off included.

What you pay is what you pay

The price you see covers your whole group: the private van, fuel, parking and your private guide for the evening. There are no per-person supplements and no booking fees. At the bathhouse and the bar you pay your own way on the night, which is a few hundred yen for bath entry plus your towel, and the price of the tasting flight at the bar.

This is your private tour, so the day is flexible. If you want to skip a stop, stay longer somewhere or add a place nearby, write it in the booking notes or tell your driver-guide on the day and we will adjust the route where time allows.
