Hidden Tokyo · Kagurazaka and Yotsuya, central Tokyo
Kagurazaka and Yotsuya Little France Private Walking Tour
Geisha-era alleys, French patisseries and the Edo moat under the cherry trees, with a private guide and van. Half a day in Tokyo's most European quarter; everything free to enter.
Road-day snapshot
Kagurazaka is walked from one parking point; the van then carries you to Yotsuya for the moat path. Cherry blossom along the moat peaks in early April.
The experience
A private journey, thoughtfully paced
Step off the crowded main streets into Kagurazaka, the neighbourhood locals call Little France for its stone-paved alleys, hidden French bakeries and old geisha-district lanterns. Your private guide leads you through Hyogo Yokocho and Kakurenbo Yokocho, past Zenkoku-ji temple and the red torii of Akagi Shrine, and along a mix of Parisian-style patisseries, wine bars and traditional sweet shops.
Your van then transfers you to Yotsuya to walk the tree-lined Sotobori moat path along the old Edo Castle defences, with cherry blossoms overhead in season. A slow, conversational walk for travellers who want atmosphere over checklists. Every place on the route is free to enter.
