Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (TT): Preferred for international buyers. Wire transfer to our designated bank account in Japan.
• Cash: Accepted in JPY at our office in Ota City.
• Stripe: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX).
• Financing: Available through partner lenders (subject to approval).

Payment Schedule

1. Full payment in one transaction, by card or bank transfer (no deposits or instalments)
2. Full payment before vehicle release or shipment
3. Receipt and ownership documents issued upon clearing

Domestic Delivery (Within Japan)

Free delivery anywhere in Japan for every vehicle purchase — including Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands, with no surcharge. Or collect free of charge from our yard in Ota, Gunma. Delivery time starts after the deal is confirmed and all documents are completed (typically 1–3 days in Kanto, longer for distant regions).

Tyres & Parts (Within Japan)

Tyres and parts ordered from us are shipped from our supplier or from our Ota warehouse to any address in Japan, normally within 3–7 days of payment. The sender shown on the parcel may be our supplier. Fitting in our Ota workshop can be booked at the time of order.

International Shipping

Two shipping methods available:

• RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off): Cars drive onto a dedicated vessel. Lower cost. 4-8 weeks transit time.
• Container: Vehicle sealed in container. Better security. 6-10 weeks transit. Higher cost.

Shipping cost depends on destination, vehicle size, and method. Quotes provided after purchase confirmation.

Export Documentation

We provide: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Export Certificate (英文抹消), Insurance Certificate, Auction Sheet (where applicable).
