Insurance is included with every approved rental. The applicable coverage, deductibles, exclusions, roadside assistance and Non-Operation Charge are clearly confirmed in your individual quotation and rental agreement before payment.
A listed charge is not automatically owed. It applies only according to the rental agreement and the facts of your rental.

Every driver must be declared. Final eligibility is confirmed after original documents are inspected.
Not accepted: card, app or internet-issued "international licences"; permits issued only under the 1968 Vienna Convention; a mainland China licence or a translation of it on its own. Residents who re-entered Japan within three months are reviewed individually. An IDP is valid one year from issue and at most one year from your qualifying entry into Japan.

Yes. Every estimate and quotation shows the total including 10% consumption tax.
Two ways to request. Class request: you request a class and we assign a car of that class (model shown or similar) — its name and photos come with your confirmation. Exact car: choose a vehicle from our stock list and that car is supplied; if it becomes unavailable we offer an equivalent or a full refund, at your choice.
Takasaki Station is the main point. Our yard or another station by arrangement. Meeting instructions come with your confirmation.
You may request another location. Availability and the separate fee are confirmed in the quotation.
Insurance is provided with the rental. Coverage, deductibles, exclusions and any optional protection are in your quotation and agreement. Accident deductible and NOC may apply.
Full tank at hand-over, return full or pay the refuelling receipt. Use your own ETC card. Child seats on request, subject to availability, for a separate charge.
Ask for an extension before the return time. If an accident occurs, stop safely, assist anyone injured, call police on 110 and contact Yamaguchi Motors immediately on +81 90-8051-1888. Ambulance and fire services are available on 119. Follow the instructions in your rental confirmation and do not arrange repairs without approval.
Yes. Choose a Snow Ready class: AWD/4WD with winter tyres in season. AWD alone does not replace winter tyres.
