| 商品代金以外の 必要料金 Additional charges | ツアー：昼食代、任意のロープウェイ等の入場料、個人的費用は含まれません。車両・ドライバーガイド・ホテル送迎・燃料・高速料金・駐車料金は含まれます。 車両：登録費用、陸送費、船積み費用、輸出手続費用、関税および各種税金は別途申し受け、ご購入前にお見積りいたします。 Tours: lunch, optional entrance tickets and personal expenses excluded; vehicle, driver-guide, hotel pickup and drop-off, fuel, tolls and parking included. Vehicles: registration, inland transport, shipping, export documentation, duties and taxes are quoted separately before purchase. |

Vehicles: Pay in full online by card, or by bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, we hold the car for you for 3 days while your payment arrives. If the full amount has not arrived after 3 days, the hold ends and the car returns to sale. A car loan is available through our finance partner (subject to the lender’s approval) — this is a loan from the lender, not instalments from Yamaguchi Motors. |
| 役務の提供時期 Service delivery | ツアー：ご予約いただいた日時に実施いたします。 車両：お支払い確認後、個別にご案内する期日に引渡しまたは船積みを行います。 Tours: on the date and departure time selected at booking. Vehicles: handover or vessel loading on the date confirmed after payment clears. |
| キャンセル・ 返品について Cancellation and returns | ツアー：出発の24時間前まで無料でキャンセルいただけます。以降のキャンセルおよび無連絡不参加は返金いたしかねます。 車両：中古車の性質上、原則として販売後の返品はお受けできません。国内販売については、納車後7日以内に限り、販売時に開示していなかった重大な機械的欠陥について対応いたします。輸出車両は船積み完了をもって最終とし、海上保険の付保を強く推奨いたします。 Tours: free cancellation until 24 hours before departure; no refund after that point or for no-shows. Vehicles: used vehicle sales are final by nature. Domestic sales carry a 7-day inspection period from delivery for major mechanical faults not disclosed at sale. Export sales are final once the vessel is loaded; marine insurance is strongly recommended. |
