The experience
A private journey, thoughtfully paced
Love Live Sunshine is set in Numazu, a port city in Shizuoka facing Suruga Bay and Mount Fuji. Many of its scenes come from the quiet Uchiura district south of the city. This about 10 hour day trip shows fans the real places.
We start at Numazu Port, where the Minato Shinsen-kan market sells fresh fish and Numazu's famous dried horse mackerel. You can walk the port and see the anime manhole covers found around Numazu. Your guide knows where they are.
Then we drive along the coast to Uchiura and Mito. Fans know this curve of the bay, the small fishing harbour and the view to Awashima island. From Mito Beach on a clear day, Mount Fuji rises across the water.
We visit only public places: streets, the port, beaches and viewpoints. We do not enter private buildings. Lunch is not included. Your guide can suggest a seafood restaurant at the port.
The drive from Tokyo to Numazu takes about 2 hours each way. You have plenty of time on the coast to take photos, walk by the sea and enjoy the slow pace of this small fishing district.
This is a private tour. Only your group. One family or group of 1 to 6 people per van, never shared with strangers. Your driver-guide speaks English, and also Hindi and Urdu.

Yes. It is a private tour in our own van, so your driver-guide can skip, extend or add stops where time allows.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for your whole private group of up to 6 people, including the van, fuel, tolls, parking and your driver-guide.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for an automatic full refund to the original payment method. Within 24 hours, contact us directly so we can help.
