Mount Fuji visibility is never guaranteed and the mountain is often hidden in cloud, especially in summer. The Hakone Ropeway can close for wind or volcanic activity; a strong alternative viewpoint is chosen when it does.

Will we definitely see Mount Fuji?
No one can promise that. Fuji is clearest from late autumn to early spring and in the early morning; summer afternoons are often cloudy. Your driver-guide reorders stops to give you the best chance on the day.
Can we go up Mount Fuji itself?
The 5th Station road is an optional extra when open (roughly July to early September and some autumn weekends). It adds driving time, so tell us in advance if it matters to you.
Is lunch included?
No — lunch is at your own cost so you can choose. Your driver-guide will suggest lakeside options including halal and vegetarian-friendly places on request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for an automatic full refund to the original payment method. Within 24 hours, contact us directly so we can help.
