1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Yamaguchi Motors 合同会社 (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Vehicle Sales

All vehicle sales are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless otherwise stated. Vehicle photographs and descriptions are provided for reference. Final condition may vary slightly from photos. Auction grade is provided by the source auction house.

3. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Cash, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and approved financing partners. Full payment is required before vehicle release or shipment.

4. Export Services

Export documentation is prepared on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with import regulations in your destination country, including customs duties, taxes, and inspection requirements.

5. Cancellation

Once an auction bid is placed or a vehicle is paid for, cancellation follows our Purchase & Cancellation Policy and your sales contract. Specific cancellation terms are detailed in your individual sales contract.

6. Liability

Yamaguchi Motors is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or natural disasters. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.
