Your limit controls the bid
We only bid after you approve the vehicle and maximum bid. If bidding goes above your limit, we stop and continue searching for the next suitable vehicle.
Approve Target
You choose the vehicle candidate after reviewing the sheet and photos.
Set Limit
You confirm the maximum bid amount before auction time.
Bid Result
We report whether the vehicle was won, passed, or sold above budget.
Clear rules before any bid is placed
Payment before bidding
The agreed total is paid to the Yamaguchi Motors company account before auction day — auctions require committed funds, and we tell you the exact maximum we can bid for you.
If the car is not won
If the car is not won at auction, you receive a full refund — or we search another car for you, your choice.
After a winning bid
After a winning bid, cancellation is not possible in principle. If a cancellation is accepted for special reasons, 20% of the total amount is deducted and the remainder is refunded.
After a successful bid
When the vehicle is won, we confirm the final auction result, total Japan-side costs, payment timing, and the next movement plan.
Final Result
We confirm the winning price and vehicle details from the auction result.
Invoice
You receive the confirmed cost breakdown before the next stage begins.
Payment
Payment method and timing are confirmed per order before vehicle pickup or preparation.
Preparation
We arrange vehicle pickup from auction and prepare it for Japan delivery or export handling.

Grades are a starting point, not the whole story. We always review the sheet notes and photos alongside the grade.
What an auction order costs
- Auction purchase priceThe genuine hammer price of the vehicle you approve.
- Yamaguchi Motors service fee¥30,000 per vehicle, added separately to the purchase price and the other actual costs.
- Auction-house and bidding chargesWhen applicable, passed on at cost.
- Inland transportAuction house to our yard, then to your address or the port.
- InspectionPre-shipment inspection when the destination requires it.
- Registration and Shaken (Japan use)Registration, name transfer and Shaken renewal where needed.
